The fact that the Gallup Organization has awarded the St. Joseph Health (SJHS) the "Great Workplace Award" in 2007, 2008 and again in 2009 demonstrates the high standards achieved by St. Joseph Hospital and the entire health system. SJHS was one of only 20 organizations worldwide receiving the award, based on rigorous workplace research. In accepting this award, SJHS President and CEO Deborah Proctor stated, "We value all of our employees and the personal contributions each of them makes to our organization.
