St. Joseph Hospital has been named an Orange County "Most Trusted Brand' for a second year based on an independent survey of consumer attitudes and opinions conducted by The Values Institute at Santa Ana-based DGWB Advertising and Communications and
OC METRO.
The online survey asked consumers to name three of the most trusted brands in Orange County, and then rate their top brand choices in each of the following trust measures:

Ability (Do they live up to and deliver on what they say?)

Consistency (Are they reliable? Can I depend on them?)

Concern (Do they care about me as a person?)

Connection (How deep is our relationship?)

Sincerity (Are they honest and up front with me?)
While St. Joseph Hospital ranked high in all trust measures, consumers ranked the hospital higher than global averages in Sincerity and Concern. The hospital is being honored at the annual Trust Summit, along with other Orange County "Most Trusted Brands" like Disneyland, Chapman University and In-N-Out Burger.
