"As a nursing student I was able to go to different hospitals in Orange County. St. Joseph Hospital stood out for their friendly, caring staff willing to teach new nurses and helping them grow professionally. The opportunity for growth and development has always been an important aspect as to why I continue to work at SJH. However, most importantly, the values of Dignity, Service, Excellence and Justic incorporated into everyone's work ethic makes me proud to be a member of such a great team.
