"I wanted to work at a place where I can say honestly to a patient, 'You are at the best place you can be. We will take good care of you.' The philosophy of the hospital is at the top of the priority list in my search for a “home.” I saw it and felt it when I came here. I found my home.

"The foundation of the hospital that stands so strong in the community is something that it holds onto regardless of who comes into leadership. It holds the faith-based philosophy of the sisters and is the foundation of every decision it makes. This then spills over and affects every member/person who walks in the door either as an employee, patient or visitor."
