"I was working at a for-profit hospital and worked with a nurse who came to St. Joe’s. She told me I had to come here because it was so much better. Everyone really cared about patients and each other. You could really see a difference in the care that is provided to patients. 

"Our culture here is one of caring and always looking for ways to improve. Staff cares about giving quality patient care. We care about each other as employees and as individuals. Our staff care about each other so much that when we opened the new medical telemetry unit, they chose to stay together as one staff that would rotate between both buildings. There’s also so much opportunity for growth."
