"I did not know much about 'the best kept secret in O.C.' until a head hunter called me as they needed a manager for orthopedics and general surgery at the time. After just one interview I knew this is where I wanted to be! I like the people, the culture. People truly care about each other. There is no “back stabbing.” Everyone is supportive and helps each other. Our Med-Surg managers are a tight-knit group who work outstandingly well together. What makes our unit unique is the staff. I have nurses that have been here 30+ years all the way down to new hires and grads. They love the care they give, the patients they care for, and the physicians with whom they work."
