St. Joseph Hospital offers a collaborative care model that includes physicians and nurse practitioners with advanced expertise in all aspects of cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, radiology, internal medicine, and high risk obstetrics. In addition, social services, nursing, genetic counseling, psychology, and financial counseling are integral program components that provide direct care, support, education and care coordination that patients and families need to navigate the program and make informed decisions.
