St. Joseph Hospital's New Dialysis Center in Santa Ana

In August 2009 St. Joseph Hospital opened a second Kidney Dialysis Center, located on the first floor of 2212 E. Fourth St. in Santa Ana. This 9,000 square-foot facility serves patients Monday through Saturday and can accommodate up to 180 patients each week. The original Dialysis Center also continues to operate, from the Sister Elizabeth Building on the hospital campus.
 
This fully renovated facility also houses St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group physicians and their Urgent Care Center, a pharmacy and Center for Health Promotion programs, including classes on Diabetes Education. The Center is comfortable and inviting, with plenty of windows for natural sunlight.  It offers patients ample parking, 30 dialysis stations featuring wireless Internet access, remote controlled, flat-screen TVs providing cable and patient education programs, and patient-tested recliners.
