Important Information for New Patients
Patients who are interested in obtaining treatment at the St. Joseph Hospital Dialysis Center may be referred by a nephrologist, or may self-refer by calling (714) 771-8037. You will need to register with our Financial Admissions Coordinator prior to your first treatment. The following Information will be required at intake: Insurance authorization, copies of your medical record, and acceptance into the service of a St. Joseph Hospital nephrologist.

Out-of-Town Guests
When space is available, the St. Joseph Hospital Dialysis Center can accommodate out-of-town guests who are vacationing in the area. If you will be visiting Orange County and would like to arrange dialysis services, please inquire four weeks in advance so we –may confirm availability and make necessary arrangements for your care.
