How to get to St. Joseph Nasal and Sinus Center:
From San Diego: Take 5 FWY north, heading toward Los Angeles. Take Main Street exit in Santa Ana, which detours behind the Main Place Mall. Turn left on Main Street. Turn right on La Veta Avenue. Turn right at the first light, Pepper Street. You are now at the entrance to the Outpatient Pavillion.
From Los Angeles: Take 5 FWY south, heading toward Santa Ana. Take Main Street exit in Santa Ana, which detours behind the Main Place Mall. Turn left on Main Street. Turn right on La Veta Avenue. Turn right at the first light, Pepper Street. You are now at the entrance to the Outpatient Pavillion. From Mission Viejo, El Toro, San Clemente: Take the San Diego FWY. (405) north to Santa Ana FWY. (5) north, heading toward Los Angeles. Take Main Street exit in Santa Ana, which detours behind the Main Place Mall. Turn left on Main Street. Turn right on La Veta Avenue. Turn right at the first light, Pepper Street. You are now at the entrance to the Outpatient Pavilion.
From Westminster, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach: Take the Garden Grove FWY. (22) east, heading toward Orange. Take Main Street exit in Santa Ana. Turn right on Main Street. Turn right on La Veta Avenue. Turn right at the light, Pepper Street. You are now at the entrance to the Outpatient Pavilion.
From Newport Beach, Costa Mesa: Take the Newport FWY (55) north to Garden Grove FWY. (22) west, heading toward Garden Grove. Take the Main Street exit in Orange. Turn left heading west; you will be on Pepper Street. You are now at the entrance to the Outpatient Pavilion.
From Buena Park, Fullerton: Take the Riverside FWY. (91) east to the Orange FWY. (57) south, heading toward Orange. Exit at Chapman Avenue in Orange. Turn left (east) on Chapman to Main Street. Turn right on Main Street. Turn left on La Veta Street and right at Pepper Street. You are now at the entrance to the Outpatient Pavilion.
From Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda, Placentia: Take the Newport FWY> (55) south to Garden Grove FWY. (22) west, heading toward Long Beach. Take the Main Street exit in Orange. Turn left heading west; you will be on La Veta Avenue. Turn left at the first light on Pepper Street. You are now at the entrance to the Outpatient Pavilion.
Parking for St. Joseph Outpatient Pavilion is in the Outpatient Pavilion parking structure. Park on any level, take the elevator to the first floor, enter the Outpatient Pavilion Lobby Entrance automatic doors, proceed to Physician Suites elevators to Suite 510, Nasal & Sinus Center.
