Our Experts

The St. Joseph Hospital Radiation Oncology Department provides a full spectrum of radiation therapy services to patients of all ages. Our team approach includes radiation oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, registered nurses, radiation therapy assistants, registered oncology dietitians and social worker. Additional support and administrative staff work to make treatment as comfortable and convenient as possible. A radiation oncologist is always present or available whenever a patient is treated.

Our team is in close contact with each patient’s medical oncologist, primary care physician,surgeon and other appropriate physicians to ensure the best possible coordination of care for each patient and family. Physicians also regularly attend weekly cancer conferences.
