At The Center for Cancer Prevention and Treatment at St. Joseph Hospital, we treat the body, mind, and spirit. Our spirtual care service includes interfaith clergy who offer holistic ministry to patients, a dedicated chaplain for cancer patients, their families and staff. The chaplains care for spiritual, religious, emotional, and ethical concerns of the cancer patients. Our warm and understanding pastoral staff provides a safe environment for patients to share their feelings and concerns. The chaplains respect each patient's religious and spiritual beliefs and cultural needs, and assist with any ethical issues that may arise during diagnosis or treatment. The priests and chaplains are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
