Established in 1988 to extend the access of expertise of the St. Joseph Health System, St. Joseph Home Health Network is a State licensed and JCAHO accredited, (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations) organization that is consistently rated among the finest home health services offered in Southern California.
SJHS Home Health provides individualized patient care in the comfort of the patient’s own surroundings and offers a wide range of services performed by skilled professionals, including: skilled nursing (RNs and LVNs), rehabilitation, medical social workers, personal care and homemaker services as well as specialty programs in pediatrics, infusion nursing care, wound care, and palliative care. SJHS Home Health is dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care, where patients and their families are always treated with respect and consideration.
SJHS Home Health accepts payment for services from Medicare, Medi-Cal, Worker’s Compensation, Private Insurance or private pay. The Business Office will confirm your insurance coverage and any financial responsibility. Any charges for services not covered will be discussed with you before these services are provided. As a service to our patients, we will bill your insurance company directly.
