2012 Light Up A Life Tree Lighting Ceremony
The annual Light Up A Life Tree Lighting Ceremony was held on Sunday, December 2, 2012. Nearly 200 guests and friends of the hospital attended this year's event which featured the Lil' Dickens Carolers. Hospice Chaplain Janice Brown reflected on the excellent care and vital role that the St. Joseph Hospice program plays in helping families and patients with life limiting illnesses. A special tree blessing was provided by Sister Patricia Haley, CSJ and a moving story was shared by Mrs. Cindy Wimbish.
The memorable event raised over $55,000 for St. Joseph Hospice, which ensures patients receive the critical support and care needed to enjoy their time with their loved ones.
