Upon admission to St. Joseph Hospital, you will receive a comprehensive initial assessment within 24 hours. This includes a physical, psychological, social, spiritual and functional evaluation. This information helps us identify and prioritize your treatment plan. An assessment of your discharge planning needs will also begin within 24 hours of your hospital admission.
