55 hospitals with the lowest 30-day heart attack readmission rates

The following is a list of hospitals with the lowest 30-day readmission rates from heart attack, according to data from CMS.

Data were pulled from Hospital Compare and are from July 2011 through June 2014, the most recent data available.

All the hospitals on this list have a 30-day readmission rate from heart attacks of less than 15 percent. For reference, the national average is 17 percent.
