Dr. Rabinowitz believes in treating his patients with dignity and respect. He believes that the most effective medical care he can offer is when both he and his patients are active partners in the treatment plan. He believes that prevention, health education and good communication are the basic components of good healthcare. Dr. Rabinowitz was born in Israel and came to the United States at the age of ten. After earning his BA in Biological Sciences at UC Santa Barbara, Dr. Rabinowitz attended the Sackler School of Medicine at the Tel Aviv University, Israel where he attained his M.D. degree in 1987. In 1990, he completed his Residency in Family Practice at the University of California, Irvine, where he received the Chief Resident Award. Dr. Rabinowitz is board certified in family practice. As a family practitioner, Dr. Rabinowitz likes to establish a connection with the entire family. Dr. Rabinowitz sees a wide range of patients, from babies to grandparents.
