St. Joseph Health Home Care Services is a comprehensive agency that offers private duty care designed to meet the total needs of the patient at home. Our private duty staff members are dedicated to helping patients remain in their homes or to return home sooner following a hospital or skilled nursing facility admission. Private duty services are usually rendered on a private pay basis, but we also receive referrals from private insurance, worker's compensation, managed care organizations, physicians and discharge planners.
