Nurse Navigators

The Center for Cancer Prevention and Treatment recognizes that treating and living with cancer requires a team effort. Your Navigator will help serve as a liaison between you and the St. Joseph Hospital care teams while providing the tools needed to successfully manage your cancer care from the time of diagnosis through survivorship.
