This record allows you to write down all your medications in one place, as well as track the dosage and how often you take them. It is important that you keep it updated, and share it with your physicians, pharmacist and other healthcare providers. In case of an emergency, it will inform emergency technicians of any allergies you may have as well as the medications you require.
