Scheduled Admission
If you are having a scheduled procedure, you may receive phone calls prior to your admission date:

• A Patient Account Specialist (from the Admitting Department) may call to gather necessary information including your social security number, address, nearest relative, emergency contact, employer name, address and phone number, and your health insurance information. Financial arrangements will be discussed.
  
• A Registered Nurse may call to obtain basic health information, discuss instructions from your physician, and answer questions you may have about your procedure/hospital stay.

Obstetrics (OB) Admission
Obstetrics patients should receive a pre-registration packet from their physicians. Once completed, it should be returned to:
