I absolutely love Dr. Bach! She is by far my favorite PCP that I have ever had. She took the time to listen to what I had to say yet still completed every task with efficiency! I am so happy she is my provider!

My care provider is too busy, needed 3 weeks to get appointment then got X-rays which never made it into my records, then returned with back injury to get pain prescription that was not enough and had to refer me to a pain specialist which took another week. 3 days of calling with no response on pain meds questions. It made me feel like nobody cared even to call me back. I left several messages over 3 days and finally a response which was inadequate for the needs I had. The same happened with the specialist I was referred to. St. Joseph proved to me several times over the past two weeks that if you are not in front of them you are nobody.
