About Eric H. Pham

Dr. Eric Pham received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of California, San Diego, followed by a General Surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California. After his residency he completed a rewarding year of fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

Dr. Pham is board certified in General Surgery and maintains a special interest in advanced laparoscopic procedures, including gastric bypass, gastric banding, sleeve gastrectomy and revision weight loss surgeries, hernia repair, splenectomies and adrenalectomies. He actively participates in the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) at St. Joseph Hospital which is honored to hold the designation as Comprehensive Center for bariatric and metabolic surgery.
